No, as long as you have a secure place to store the meals until you return. Meals are delivered in a cooler bag so if you are not available during the delivery window you can give us instructions on where to leave the bag when you order.
If you plan to reorder from us within 30 days we will swap out the cooler bags upon delivery of your next order.
If you do not plan to reorder within 30 days and will be home at the time of delivery you can return the cooler bag to the driver after transferring the meals to your fridge. If you will not be home at the time of delivery you can request that the meals be transferred to your own cooler when you check out.
Otherwise, you can email us at email@example.com within 30 days of your order so we can make arrangements to pick up the cooler bag.

Meals should be removed from the cooler bag within 2-3 hours of delivery and transferred to a fridge or freezer. They can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days at a temperature of 4˚C (40˚F) or lower or in the freezer at a temperature of -18˚C (0˚F) for up to 4 weeks.
