Prior to starting Farm To Table Meals, I worked in he corporate world for over 10 years. My initial motivation for starting Farm To Table Meals came from the challenges I experienced in juggling work and home demands after my maternity leave. Finding the time to prepare healthy meals for the family proved to be more challenging than expected. When life got too busy, my emergency plan was often highly processed fast foods and in searching for a healthier kid-friendly quick meal alternative, I found that the options were limited. I know many busy moms and dads out there like me, looking for a better solution than processed fast-foods as an emergency plan. Our goal is to make your life easier by providing meals you can feel good about feeding your family when you are in a crunch.

Prior to starting Farm To Table Meals, I worked in the non-profit sector for over 15 years. I have always had a love and passion for food and over the years, I have catered for friends and family. I had the privilege to be selected as one of the home cooks from across Canada to compete on the first season of the cooking show ‘Pressure Cooker’ produced by celebrity chef Jamie Oliver on W Network. As a mother of an extremely picky eater, I have been challenged to develop healthy, tasty and kid-friendly family meals. This has inspired me to help busy parents feed their children well-balanced meals while increasing their palate.
