Dairy Free Butter Chicken with Cauliflower and Potatoes (Serves 2-3adults)
Ingredients: Chicken, potatoes, cauliflower, coconut milk, tomato sauce, tandoori spices, garam masala, onions, garlic, ginger, coconut oil, coconut sugar and salt.
We have taken the classical butter chicken and made it dairy free! It is just as delicious but lighter and healthier. With the addition of potatoes and cauliflower, it makes for a complete meal. Serve with rice or naan. Check out our Vegetarian option with tofu.
