Vegan Butter Chicken with Tofu (Serves 2-3 adults)
Firm tofu, potatoes, cauliflower, coconut milk, tomato sauce, tandoori spices, garam masala, onion, garlic, ginger, coconut oil, coconut sugar and salt.
We have taken the classical butter chicken and made it dairy free and vegetarian. The addition of potatoes and cauliflower make it a complete meal. Serve with rice and naan for a delicious, quick dinner!
